You can deposit funds into your Orbis Securities Wallet using a supported cryptocurrency and network. Follow the steps below and verify all transfer details carefully.
1. Start a Deposit
Sign in to the Client Portal and click “Deposit” on the main dashboard.
2. Enter Your Crypto Deposit Details
Select “Crypto,” choose the cryptocurrency and network, select the deposit account, and enter the deposit amount.
Review the converted payment amount, and then click “Deposit.”
3. Confirm Your Payment Information
Review the deposit amount, cryptocurrency, and network carefully.
If all information is correct, click “Pay Now” to generate your deposit address.
4. Complete the Crypto Transfer
Send the exact payment amount to the displayed deposit address before the timer expires.
Make sure that your external wallet or exchange uses the same cryptocurrency and network shown on the payment page. After sending the funds, click “Deposit Completed.”
Important: Using an incorrect cryptocurrency, network, or deposit address may result in the permanent loss of your funds.
5. Check Your Deposit Status
Select “Deposit History” from the dashboard to check your request status and payment status.
Your deposit may appear as “Pending” while the transfer is being confirmed and reviewed.
6. Deposit Complete
Once your deposit has been approved, you will receive a confirmation email at your registered email address.
