To open a personal account and complete KYC verification, you are required to submit the following documents.
1. Identity Document
Please submit one of the following documents:
Passport
Driver’s license
Government-issued national ID card
The identification document must be valid and submitted as a clear color image.
If your ID card has both front and back sides, please upload both sides.
2. Proof of Address Document
Please submit one of the following documents:
Utility bill (electricity, gas, water, landline telephone, etc.)
Bank reference letter or bank statement
Official government-issued document
The proof of address document must clearly display your full name and current residential address, and it must have been issued within the last 3 months.
Please note that PO Box addresses are not accepted as residential addresses.
